It has been demonstrated so many times. Many people still cannot get how to fold fitted sheets so it will look neat. I have my own easy way which I will describe in simple steps. It is best to have a large flat surface; so, why not the bed? Here we go:

1. Fold the fitted sheets into quarters allowing the curvy parts to fit into each other.

2. Lay it flat on the bed.

3. Fold one side at the point where the corners meet.

4. Fold the other side. You now have a rectangle.

5. Fold the rectangle lengthwise into three parts.

6. Fold it crosswise to the desired size.

You now have a perfectly folded fitted sheet without puffy wads.

The Convenience of Fitted Sheets

In my opinion, the best thing that ever happened to the bed sheet is when someone thought of putting garters on the corners. What a brilliant invention. Before that, flat sheets had to be folded in certain ways in each corner of the mattress. As can be expected, the folds were promptly dislodged causing the sheets to look messy. And then someone thought of clipping garters on the folded corners. This was an improvement but still, it involved too much work.

With fitted sheets, changing beddings became a cinch. You could be working with queen sheet sets or baby cribs; it will not take you more than a few minutes. The sheets are pulled from all sides, creating a clean unruffled look. It will not budge, no matter what sleeping style you have. What can be more convenient than that?

We sleep approximately eight hours a day. That is one-third of the day that we spend on our beds. If you enjoy sleeping, then you will definitely enjoy doing this on satin sheets. There is no better feeling than feeling the smooth satin on your skin. Because it is quite expensive, sleeping on satin sheets is considered a luxury by most people. There are different types of bed sheets available in the market today, but nothing beats satin sheets.

If you consider that we spend one-third of the whole day in bed, then investing in satin sheets is actually very reasonable. The quality of your sleep will definitely improve. It will make you refreshed and ready to face the challenges of a new day. If sleeping on satin sheets will make you more productive, then I suggest that you go ahead and purchase some sheets for you and your family. It will definitely raise the level of your sleeping experience.
